TradeLocker setup

Log into TradeLocker, find charts, and troubleshoot the most common access issues.

Some prop firms and brokers deliver accounts through TradeLocker. Use this guide before posting “can’t log in” in chat.

First login

  1. Open the TradeLocker URL your firm emailed you (bookmark it).

  2. Sign in with the email/password from the welcome email.

  3. Complete any 2FA / device verification prompts.

  4. Confirm you can open a chart and see account balance/equity.

Product site: TradeLocker — use your broker/prop firm’s login portal when provided.

Common issues

  • Using the marketing site instead of your firm’s portal

  • Password reset went to spam

  • Account not provisioned yet (wait or contact the firm)

Still stuck?

Stratovex cannot reset TradeLocker passwords issued by a third-party firm. Contact that firm for credentials; contact us for community access.
