I paid — how do I get access?

Step-by-step unlock after purchase: Whop membership, Discord/roles, and what to do if access is missing.

Bought a Stratovex plan but don’t see channels or tools yet? Follow this checklist before opening a ticket.

After checkout

  1. Confirm the purchase email matches the Whop account you’re signed into.

  2. Open Stratovex from your Whop library / joined experiences.

  3. Accept any Discord or community invite linked from the experience.

  4. Wait 1–2 minutes for roles to sync, then refresh Discord.

Still locked out?

  • Wrong Whop account (purchased on a different email)

  • Invite link expired — request a fresh invite via support

  • Plan doesn’t include the channel tier you’re looking for

Still stuck?

Contact support with your Whop receipt email and the plan name. We’ll verify membership and restore access.
